On 19th March 2017, Adventist Students of University of Education Winneba-Kumasi Campus were busy on Youth Ministries exams between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm to earn Master Guide and Guide ranks in the Youth Ministries of Seventh-day Adventist Church. During the two hour examination, there was a heavy downpour with a heavy wind blow which resulted in light out. Despite all these inconveniences….
